We live in an era of overlapping crises – climatic, social, and economic. At Ulmeiro, we believe that limitless economic growth is not viable, and that models based on regeneration and collective well-being are possible, even when they are ignored by mainstream discourse.

Our project was created to deepen debates on political ecology, degrowth, and climate justice, with a non-negotiable commitment to independence and transparency. To guarantee this autonomy, Ulmeiro will not rely on advertising or corporate sponsorships, operating instead through collective funding.
